Access and Login

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. You will be prompted to enter your registered email or phone number, and a reset link or code will be sent to you.
Account locks are triggered automatically after multiple failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait 15–30 minutes and try again, or use the password reset process to regain access immediately.
Check your spam folder if expecting an email. For SMS, ensure your registered number is active. Wait two minutes before requesting a new code. If the problem continues, contact official support.
Account and Settings
